Dallas Mavericks Secure First Summer League Win with Jaden Hardy’s Heroics as Louis Olinde Struggles for Phoenix Suns

The Dallas Mavericks clinched their first Summer League win thanks to Jaden Hardy. National player Louis Olinde remains pale for the Phoenix Suns.

With 37:14 the final quarter went to the Mavericks, 13 of his 24 points (5/17 FG, 12/13 FT) scored sophomore Hardy in this section. There was support from No. 24 pick Olivier-Maxence Prosper (10, 2/8), who didn’t hit anything for a long time, but sank a jumper in the final phase for the preliminary decision. No. 12 pick Dereck Lively II (8, 11 rebounds) scratched a double-double.

The Orlando Magic, on the other hand, were clearly defeated by the Indiana Pacers, with No. 6 pick Anthony Black (8, 3/12, 7 rebounds) hitting little, but showing good defensive approaches. For the Pacers, No. 8 pick Jarace Walker had 16 points (7/17).

One of the best rookies in Las Vegas so far is No. 16 pick Keyonte George, who after 33 points in the opening game allowed 26 points (9/15) and 7 assists for Utah. On the other side, second-round pick Leonard Miller (20, 7/15) was convincing.

Meanwhile, the Phoenix Suns beat Miami 73-70. The German national player Louis Olinde was used for five minutes in the first half. However, the forward could only pick up 2 rebounds and missed his only shot.
