2′ of reading Senigallia 09/07/2023 – A welcome confirmation in the technical staff of Pallacanestro Senigallia, Andrea Pancaldi will hold the position of Minibasket Manager also in the 2023/24 season.
“It is with great satisfaction that we can announce Andrea’s confirmation as manager of our minibasketball sector – comments the president of the company Sonia Fileri – His presence was and is essential for the continuation of the project to grow the nursery. I thank him for everything she has done and that we are doing together for the next season ”.
Andrea began his journey with children in 2007 when in Jesi with L’aurora Basket he followed Roberta Regis as assistant of her mini groups.
The following season was the first as an instructor of a squirrel group born in 1999. From the 2010 season until 2013 we find him for the first time in our youth sector at the time called Maior, following the rookies, eaglets and under 14 groups.
During the first season he obtained a degree in motor sciences, qualifying his training path even more.
In the following three seasons he moved to Polverigi within the NBAn project which involved several clubs in the Ancona area, training the groups of chicks, squirrels and rookies.
From the 2016/17 season he returns to Jesi always at the Aurora, where he initially trains the chicks and squirrels and then moves on to train the eaglets, beginners and as an assistant in the under 13s.
In the following years for 3 years he assumes the role of minibasket organizational manager of the Jesi company.
Finally from the 2021/22 season he returns to Senigallia as Minibasket manager, in the same year he obtains his second degree in Sports Management, in short, you never stop learning!

Assumptions that are still current and always being updated for this great love that the world of Minibasket is for me, where last year we satisfied parents and children with a proposal that was fun and educational at the same time. That’s why I’m happy to continue my work in Senigallia – comments the coach – with the aim of improving both personally and as a staff, trying to help the younger kids with my experience. I am convinced that further progress can be made with the support and enthusiasm of clubs and families”.
