Olympic lifting in Colombia, expectations for the National Championship and the National Games 2023.
Olympian Carlos Hernán Andica Andica prepares his best elements to appear in the Senior and Under-23 National Championship of Olympic Lifting, which will take place in Chinchiná, Caldas, from July 25 to 29.

The League continues in its renewal process, as demonstrated by Luis York Murillo, who in the Under-13, Under-15 and Under-17 National Championship, which took place in Cali, Valle del Cauca, consolidated himself as the best sub -13. In the 49 kg division, the local handled 45 kg in the snatch and 60 in the clean and jerk.
The turn will now be for the heavy. A separate chapter deserves Yoni Andica, a multiple international medalist who suffered an elbow dislocation in November 2022 in the National Senior Championship that was about to accelerate his retirement from high competition.
