Blackburn Eyeing Return of Karamoko Dembélé to Great Britain

Just a year after joining France from Celtic Glasgow, Karamoko Dembélé could return to Great Britain. Arrived free in Brest last summer, the young 20-year-old striker is closely followed by Blackburn. The Championship club (English D2) came to information from Stade Brestois, without however making an offer for the player trained at Celtic Glasgow.

When he signed last year, the Breton club’s sporting director, Grégory Lorenzi, explained that he wanted to take his time to integrate the English U18 international who was coming out of a white season, handicapped by an ankle injury. Since his arrival in Finistère, Dembélé has played 15 Ligue 1 matches, all played as a substitute, and 2 in the Coupe de France (1 tenure). Today, without putting him on the transfer list, the SB29 would not be against the departure of his player under contract until June 2026.
