After two consecutive victories for the San Andrés team, the final moved to Rionegro where the third match was held on June 30 at the Rubén Darío Quintero Coliseum, in which Cafeteros won this third match, leaving the series 2-1 in favor of Caribbean.
Caribbean struck in the first quarter, beating the locals 21 points to 12, but Cafeteros recovered and beat the San Andrés team in the second quarter with a score of 22-18, for the third quarter the Armenian team extended their lead with a total of 27 points against 14 for Caribbean and for the last quarter the score was for the Armenian team with 21 points against 20 for the visitor. With this victory Cafeteros secured the fourth game and a chance to fight for the league title.
The points leaders of the match were Malik Dunbar from Cafeteros and Romario Roque from Caribbean Storm Island each with 23 points, Jaquaylon Mays from the Armenian team stood out with 6 assists and Caribbean Romario Roque with 5, in the rebounds Andrés Ibargüen from the San Andrés team obtained 9 total rebounds and for Cafeteros Onno Steger with 8 total rebounds.

The final score of the third match was 82-73 in favor of Cafeteros from Armenia, the outstanding player of this match was for the American Malik Dunbar from Cafeteros who had 23 points, 4 rebounds and 2 assists during this duel.
The fourth game between these two teams would take place on July 1 at the Rubén Darío Quintero Coliseum in Rionegro, if Cafeteros wins, the series goes to a fifth game to be held on July 3.
