SECOND TOURNAMENT IN IZMIR
In line with its “Sports City” vision, İzmir continues to host international sports organizations. 2023 Junior Girls European Championship will be played on 11-19 August at Mustafa Kemal Atatürk Karşıyaka Sports Hall and Bornova Municipality Atatürk Sports Complex. Thus, İzmir will host a junior age organization for the second year in a row. Last year, the U18 European Men’s Basketball Championship was held in Izmir and attracted the attention of the people living in the city. Basketball lovers from Izmir are eagerly waiting for the U16 European Women’s Basketball Championship.
