Cool sports performances, passionate shuffling dances…bring people a wonderful sports experience in the midsummer night. On the evening of July 14th, the launching ceremony of the 2023 Shijiazhuang National Sports Festival and Shijiazhuang National Fitness Conference was held.
Life is full of vitality because of sports, and cities are more exciting because of sports. The Shijiazhuang National Sports Festival is co-hosted by the Municipal Sports Bureau and the Municipal Sports Federation, and more than ten individual sports associations, sports companies, and enthusiastic enterprises in our city participate in the co-organization. The National Sports Festival aims to fully implement the national “National Fitness Plan”, launch a series of colorful national fitness activities, convey the concept of health, drive sports consumption, and boost the night economy of the provincial capital. At the same time, this National Sports Festival will also further promote the “double competition” activities to be better practiced by sports events.
At the launching ceremony, performances and demonstrations of various sports were held. In the small basketball performance brought by the Municipal Basketball Association, the young players combined dynamic dance with fancy dribbling, and the childish and energetic display won rounds of applause. Not long ago, the performance of the municipal rhythmic gymnastics team, which made another great achievement at the Provincial Games, made the audience feel the charm and beauty of rhythmic gymnastics at close range. After the launch of the National Sports Festival, the city will hold nearly 2 months of sports events in 13 sports, including basketball, football, hip-hop, billiards, rhythmic gymnastics, and spinning. The National Sports Festival project setting integrates the public, fashion, technology and other elements. All projects are expected to drive 20,000 people and nearly 50 college sports clubs to participate. There will be thousands of events in nearly 50 sports in succession.
