Two golds and a bronze fall for Morelos in swimming within Conade Nationals 2023

On their last day of competition within the Conade 2023 Nationals, the Morelense swimmers Jonás Casademunt Maillé and Rodrigo Ramos Chávez managed to add three more medals for the state, as reported by Germán Villa Castañeda, general director of the State Institute of Sport and Physical Culture of Morelos (Indem).

Jonás, who worked in the 19-21-year-old category, says goodbye to the pool in Zapopan, Jalisco, with a gold medal in the 100-meter breaststroke, stopping the hands of the clock at 1:05.12 minutes; as well as bronze in the 400 mts. of the same test with a time of 4:45.36 minutes; To these medals, three more are added (gold, silver and bronze) that the triton harvested in previous days.

For his part, Rodrigo also closed his performance at the Conade Nationals with a flourish, finishing first in the 100 mts. freestyle 17-18 years old, he did it by pausing the stopwatch at 51.81 seconds. The swimmer sacrificed his high school graduation photos to compete for Morelos and get a total of three metals in his personal account: the aforementioned gold, in addition to two silvers in past days.

Finally, Germán Villa specified that Morelos already has a partial total of 16 medals in the highest Mexican youth sports competition: one gold, in golf; gold and two bronzes, in badminton; as well as three golds, six silvers and three bronzes, in swimming, this last discipline being the one that this Saturday night closes its participation with more members of the state fleet.
