Artenay. The Artenay swimming pool is open!. The Artenay intercommunal swimming pool opened its doors last Saturday. It was under a radiant sun that the first swimmers launched the summer season, with more than 200 visitors.
This year, the swimming pool offers several new features. In addition to swimming in the three pools available, it is possible to take advantage of a badminton structure and deckchairs made available. A new book box, located in front of the swimming pool, will also allow you to immerse yourself in reading.
This is in addition to the swimming lessons that will be offered by the structure, as well as the aquagym lessons (without reservation). And, one year before the Olympic Games, an open day will be organized on Saturday July 8, from 10 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., with many sports activities offered free of charge.
On Sundays July 9, 16, 23 and 30, the swimming pool will be open continuously from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Visitors can take the opportunity to picnic. Every weekend in June, then the week in July and August, a catering service will be set up.
It should be noted that before the school holidays, sessions dedicated to the students of the Jean-Moulin college are planned to improve their swimming skills.
