With their suitcases ready are the fourteen judokas from Parral, who will represent the state of Chihuahua in the Games fair of the Conade National Games 2023, in the discipline of judo, an event to be held from June 29 to July 2, counting as venue on Tabasco state.
With this, the Parral athletes, who in recent days received their representative uniforms from the State sports authorities and the State Judo Association, go with all the attitude of demonstrating why they are selected from the big state, where they will seek to get on the podium.
It is worth remembering that these fourteen young judo lovers belong to the Judo Kan Parral and Judo González gyms in Parral, which have raffled off the state phase, which our population hosted last February, where they stayed between the first two places.
In addition to having been in the regional macro event, representing Chihuahua, which was held in May in the border city of Tijuana, Baja California Norte, where the fourteen judokas from “The Capital of the World” were located between the two first places, in their respective category, weight and branch, where they secured their ticket to the Conade 2023 National Games.
It is worth mentioning that the national joust is the most important in the country, since the best ten exponents of this sports discipline at the national level are presented in each category, branch and weight, so only the best youth judo athletes from Mexico attend.
In this year 2023, the Chihuahua selective is made up of 31 athletes, of which Parral contributes 14 judokas, Juárez 13 and Chihuahua 4, where they will seek to surpass what was done last year 2022, which managed to obtain 5 bronzes from the entire delegation.
It is noteworthy that the judokas from Parral are highly motivated and prepared to give everything on the tatami for the state of Chihuahua, where they will seek to break the record of two bronze medals achieved in the past 2022 games, by athletes from our population.

The Parral team that will represent Chihuahua in the 2023 National Judo Games is made up, in the sub 15 category, César Moreno in 36 kilograms; David Villegas in 36 kilos; Fernanda González in 48 kilograms; Sergio Baylon at 48 kilograms, Jazmín López at 53 kilograms; Victoria Sauceda in 53 kilos; Eduardo Candía in 53 kilograms; Pedro López in 58 kilograms; Emiliano Salcido in more than 64 kilograms and Eduardo Luján in more than 64 kilograms.

On the other hand, in sub-18, Luis Antonio Guerrero in 73 kilograms and in sub-21, Brenda Guerrero in 63 kilograms, Roberto Domínguez in 81 kilograms and Jahir Rincón in 90 kilograms, all of them in charge of the coaches, Gabriel González and Andres Martinez Rojas.
