Judo Club of Amicale laïque de Saint-Brieuc Prepares for Gala and Welcomes New Teacher

This Saturday, June 24 will be held the end-of-season gala of the judo club of the Amicale laïque de Saint-Brieuc. The opportunity for each group, from the youngest to the oldest, to show the public, many expected, the work accomplished during the courses this year.

Also honored will be all the competitors who have shone in the various competitions. Last May, Clara Diener thus finished fifth in the championship of France cadets in Ceyrat. In addition, last weekend in Paris, Anne-Sophie Dartois distinguished herself by finishing third in the French Veteran Championships in her category, after four fights. Very good results for the club, which is preparing for the next season with the desire to do at least as well.

A new teacher on the way

The club also welcomes a new judo teacher who has come to strengthen the team of supervisors. Armann Khalatian, a resident of Insep, will thus continue his career at a high level, while providing classes at the start of the school year, from the youngest to the seniors. All the more reason for the club’s judokas to seek good results, thanks to the wise advice of this champion. The club gala will start at 2 p.m., Saturday, June 24. A convivial and sharing moment will be offered after the demonstrations and the award ceremony.
