Azerbaijani judokas won five medals on the first day of the European Cadet Championships Odivelas 2023 in Portugal.
Mahammad Mamishov (-50 kg), Mirkhalig Iskandarov (-55 kg), Mahammad Musayev (-60 kg) and judoka Vusala Hajiyeva (-48 kg) took gold for Azerbaijan.
Ahmad Rustamov (-50 kg) won bronze at the championship.
