Anita Fernández Morais, the best Galician jiujitsuka of the last year

Sanxenxo hosted the Annual Galician Judo Gala, a celebration that had a leading role from Ourense. Anita Fernández Morais was recognized as the best jiu jitsu athlete last year. In addition, she received the “Golden Belt” for the merits obtained throughout the year. It is the second time that the Marbel fighter from Ourense has received this distinction.

One of the parallel activities to this gala was the Congress of Judo Masters of Galicia. It is an event that brings together the highest level technicians of the community, with the aim of updating and unifying criteria in the teaching of this martial art, in addition to the high performance sector. In addition to Anita, Manuel Montero, Felipe Iglesias and Pedro Gómez participated.
