A violent episode took place on Monday night on Barrufaldi street in Posadas. According to the complaint filed by Sebastián Osvaldo L., 23, at around 11:51 p.m., he was delivering an order for two pizzas to a customer, when he expressed his dissatisfaction with the delay and threw the merchandise on the ground, demanding for the delivery to leave the place.
The complainant stated that after this altercation, the assailant left the home and pushed him off his motorcycle, causing him to fall to the ground. When the delivery tried to defend himself against him, the attacker pushed him again and climbed on top of him, trying to remove his helmet. At that moment, he began to hit him in the face, leaving the young complainant injured.
At that time, the victim would have managed to escape when her attacker entered the house, and later appeared before the police authorities to file the corresponding complaint. The case is already in the hands of Investigating Court No. 2, Secretary No. 2 who would have ordered the arrest of the accused.
According to journalistic reports, the perpetrator would be a former judo and Greco-Roman wrestling champion, as well as being a renowned local businessman.
