Polignac. Students learn baseball.
As part of the discovery of multiple sports during the school year, the students of the Sainte-Jeanne d’Arc school in Polignac, recently started a cycle on baseball.
After practicing tennis, rugby, ping-pong and swimming, the children now discover the basics of baseball under the guidance of Eddy Brédoire, president of the Sharks ponot baseball club.
Divided into workshops, the children had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the equipment of this sport from the United States. They played with gloves, made short or long throws or beat, all on the synthetic field of Polignac, once a week. After this period, students from the big section to CM2 will practice basketball until the end of the year.
