Goalkeeper Cican Stankovic won the championship title in Greece with AEK Athens, it was the 13th for the traditional club. On Sunday, the capitals celebrated a 4-0 home win over Volos in the final round to take first place ahead of local rivals Panathinaikos and Olympiakos. Stephan Schwab’s PAOK Saloniki finished fourth. Stankovic completed the remainder of the league season as a backup goalie after six games to start.
