Another double round of meetings in the Serie A baseball championship. Ronchi dei Legionari’s New Black Panthers received a visit from the European champions Parma, having to bow to them for 1-9 and 1-3 at the Gaspardis stadium. The Bisiachi played on a par with one of the favorites of the championship up to the fifth round, then – even though they still put effort and will into it – they weren’t able to limit the opponent’s attack as they had done up until then. The Emilians also proved to be a step forward in the second duel, as much as Ronchi tried.
The Tigers Cervignano/Sultan Allestimenti Navali, for their part, hosted Camec Collecchio, ending with a draw at the end of a decidedly equal double challenge. The first was won by the guests for 1-2 and the second ended up for the Friulians with the result of 3-2.
