A beautiful sporting weekend is preparing in Ploeuc-sur-Lié, on the site of the coast of Les Halles. The French nature archery championship is coming, organized by the local club Les Archers Gallos and its partners, in the presence of around 700 archers.
Archery, a sport of precision and concentration, is increasingly appealing to the public, both men and women; the organizers offer people wishing to discover the discipline during initiation sessions, on Saturday and Sunday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Opening Ceremony Friday noon
The championship will start Friday, May 19, by teams. Visitors will be able to follow the competitors on a parallel, marked and secure circuit. The program: Friday at 11 a.m., inauguration of the Espace Alain-Carlo (former president of the club behind the competition); then, opening ceremony at 12:15 p.m., and opening of the team championship at 12:30 p.m. The individual championship is scheduled for Saturday and Sunday from 12:30 p.m.
