“Coach David Horejš and his implementation team will no longer continue at FK Jablonec. The club’s management decided to dismiss head coach David Horejš and his implementation team. The reason is unsatisfactory performance and results in the 2022/2023 season. We will announce the name of the new head coach and assistants in the next few days,” the club announced on Monday morning.

Even after Sunday’s loss against Teplice, Horejš talked about the preparation for the next season of the league. “We had a session with the owner during the week and we talked about the players. There are players here on loan and some clubs are downloading. Some we are interested in continuing, some we will no longer want. But the players must learn it from us first,” he said with the belief that the next season will be more favorable for Jablonec.
“Even now we were close to being evaluated very positively for us, unfortunately that’s how football is, which we could also see on Saturday in the German league. He is unpredictable.
