Paris 2024, a laboratory for healthier and more sustainable eating

Finding a new way to eat during major events… This is the immense challenge that Paris 2024 intends to take up, which will distribute 13 million meals, in a short period of time of two times fifteen days of competitions. “And with a multitude of levels of service to be delivered depending on the targets: meals for the staff, fairly specialized catering for the athletes or gastronomy for the hospitality”, underlines Philipp Würz, in charge of catering and waste management in Paris 2024.
