NewTuscia – ORTE – Vespa enthusiasts from Orte and the surrounding area are organizing for a meeting on Sunday 21 May and warmly invite all Vespa riders to participate.
The Vespa Orte Club for the Feast of the Holy Martyrs,
He appeals to all Vespa enthusiasts: We need as many Vespas as possible.
Vespa enthusiasts will exhibit their Vespas on the Terrace Garden, surrounded by period photographs and video projections of Orte “in Vespa”.
Participation is free, the only requirement is to show up with a Vespa.
This is the program of the Gathering: from 16:00 to 19:00 visitors enter the Garden Terrace and arrange the means for the exhibition. Even non-members can participate. The event ends after 22:00
The most beautiful Vespa, voted for by those present, will be awarded at the end of the evening
As usual, on Sunday 21 May, the third Sunday of the month of May, the feast of the co-protectors of the Holy Martyrs returns, linked to Christian archeology, with garlands of flowers on the portals and balconies from the 17th century: according to the best traditions and the most deeply rooted culture popular.
The solemn celebration presided over by the diocesan bishop Msgr. Marco Salvi with the parish priest don Maurizio Medici, while in the afternoon the traditional celebrations organized by the Pro Loco take place with the inevitable concert by the Banda Città di Orte, the bingo in Piazza della Liberta’.

The musical show and the evocative play of light fireworks, which will illuminate the characteristic corners of the historic center will conclude the celebrations.
