no one like him in NBA history

Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James already owns many NBA playoff records with his 20-year career. Tonight, however, he added another with a feat that would have been difficult for anyone else to surpass.

By defeating the Golden State Warriors in Game 6 to win the series 4-2, James officially broke the tie with Derek Fisher for the most postseason wins in NBA history. The win over the Dubs is LeBron’s 41st postseason streak.

No current active player is even at 30. Andre Iguodala is the closest player with 26. For reference, the late Kobe Bryant won 33 series in his entire career, while the great Kareem Abdul-Jabbar tallied 37, for Hoops Hype.

It’s definitely an incredible milestone for LeBron James to achieve in the NBA playoffs and it’s something that probably won’t be broken anytime soon. It’s also another proof of not only LeBron’s longevity, but also his endless dominance. How many players can continue to lead a team and dominate the NBA at 38?

LeBron James gets another chance to add more to his postseason series wins when the Lakers take on the Denver Nuggets in the Western Conference Finals. But it won’t be easy at all.
