NFL: Tom Brady would soon be a minority shareholder in the Raiders, according to TMZ Sports

The legendary Tom Brady would have taken a step from him towards his transition from player to major administrative player, when he would have come to an agreement with Mark Davis to buy part of the Las Vegas Raiders, according to TMZ Sports.

The future Hall of Famer and club owner have been discussing a partnership for several weeks, and according to NFL insider Albert Breer, the pact will be announced soon.

All that would be missing for “TB12” to be added as a minority owner of the Raiders is the support of at least 24 other team owners from the Goodell circuit.

According to Breer, the vote will not take place this spring, but should not take too long.

Initially, Brady wouldn’t have a say in the Raiders’ football operations, but Jay Glazer of FOX Sports advanced last month that he will, in his own way, have a great influence on the club.

It would not be the first professional sporting property acquired by the former New England Patriots and Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Brady is already the majority owner of a Major League Pickleball roster, in addition to owning part of Davis’ WNBA team, the Las Vegas Aces.

Despite his potential owner status, Brady is still expected to be analyzed for FOX beginning in the 2024 season.
