Man arrested for seriously injuring 3 neighbors after basketball flew into garden – Sirabee

Basketball is said to be no exception, with neighbors having problems with the ball hitting the garden and ruining the plants, and the loud bouncing of the ball on the asphalt.

Neighborhood troubles happening in the east and west all over the world. But what happens when this happens in a gun society? A shooting incident that speaks to that horror has recently occurred in a residential area in North Carolina. “abc News”, “NBC News”, “PEOPLE” and others are reporting one after another.

■ Approaching neighbors and firing one after another

The incident occurred just after 7:30 pm on the 18th in a normal residential area in Gaston County, North Carolina. The man approached the family next door and opened fire one after another, and his parents were hit, and Kinsley (6), who had a bullet grazing his cheek, was slightly injured, but the boy was unharmed.

His mother, Ashley Hilderbrand, is available for interview, but his father, William James White, who was shot in the back, is seriously injured.

■ The ball jumps into the garden

Robert Louis Singletary, 24, was arrested in connection with the shooting. On the 20th, he turned himself in to the Hillsboro County Sheriff’s Office in Tampa, Florida, where he had fled.

When questioned by the police, Singletary said, “It was noisy when they played basketball in the yard. A ball flew into my yard and I couldn’t stand it.”

The man was arrested last December after hitting his girlfriend in the head with a hammer.

■ Horror of gun society

Ashley told the media about the situation at the time, “That man said to (her husband) William and daughter, ‘I’ll kill you.’ William stood up to protect us and said, ‘If you shoot me, I was shot in the back when I said, ‘Just do it alone,'” he said.

In the gun society, nothing is more terrifying than having a hot-tempered, violent person with a gun. Singletary will face multiple felony charges, including four counts of attempted murder, illegal possession of a gun, and misuse of a gun.

■ Dedicated practice areas here and there

In Japan, many people cite skateboarding as the cause of noise problems, and basketball is no exception. Many people have complained of being hit by a ball and ruining the plants in their garden, or of hearing the ball bouncing on the asphalt.

I would like the government to consider setting up a dedicated space in the town so that energetic children can enjoy sports to the fullest and to eliminate troubles in the neighborhood.
