“He hit me and called me his bitch”

The judge investigating the former Brazilian FC Barcelona player Dani Alves agreed this week to keep him in prison, where he was admitted on January 20 accused of raping a young woman in a private room at the Sutton nightclub in Barcelona. In a demolishing car, the magistrate questions the Brazilian’s story again. “Being with him chatting and normal, having a drink, none of this has to do with what happened in the bathroom, where there is no recording and the victim states that she was raped and forced to have sex with Mr. Alves (…) Curious that if everything went as well as Mr. Alves points out, after leaving the bathroom they do not speak or look at each other again, “says the judge.

But also, New information puts the footballer’s defense in check. This is the first statement by the victim after the attack that has now come to light.

The footballer left the bathroom after forcing the young woman and, before leaving, he went to the bar to order one last drink. The young woman, visibly affected, also went to the bar where her cousin and her friend were to whisper in their ears what had happened. The woman reported what had happened to the nightclub’s security personnel, who activated the relevant protocol in these cases and notified the Catalan police. At the same time that the doorman activated the protocol against sexual violence, the director of the nightclub, Robert Massanet, approached and tried to calm the young woman who would not stop crying. Agents arrived immediately and inadvertently obtained a harrowing first account of the victim.

“No one will believe me”

And it is that the same night of the sexual assault, the victim would have been recorded by one of the Mossos d’Esquadra who attended her after the episode suffered in the bathrooms of an acquaintance in Barcelona. The officer, who inadvertently activated his personal camera, picked up the footage and harsh words from the victim. There, while he attended to her, he unconsciously filmed the account of what happened in the Sutton Baths, the nightclub where the sexual assault occurred. A video in which the young woman is completely “ashamed” of having gone to the bathrooms with Alves while she is not able to hold back her tears.

Although this recording was already known, the content of what the young woman conveyed to the agents was not known and now ‘The Ana Rosa Program’ has made public the statement of the alleged rape victim of Dani Alves collected in that video.

A document that can be decisive, since it is a spontaneous story within the disco itself without the young woman knowing that she was being recorded.

The device is activated at 4:57 in the morning when the Mossos d’Esquadra are on their way to the disco, where they arrive at 5:04. First, they talk to the owner of the premises and it is about four minutes later when she tells them everything that happened in a room where they had separated her along with her companions.

“You are my whore”

“I voluntarily went to the bathroom and after we kissed a few times I told him I want to leave and he told me no and he locked it. Then he started saying nasty things to me, like ‘you’re my bitch’ and he started hitting me. He threw my bag on the ground and hit me,” starts the story of the young woman.

“I don’t want publicity to be given to what has happened, nobody will believe me because they will see that I entered the service voluntarily,” continues the completely broken young woman. “There’s been penetration,” she is heard from behind her adding to one of her friends.

Later, the agent called an ambulance, where he was treated and filed a complaint.

This statement represents a new setback for the footballer who will have to remain in prison until the trial is held.
