45 Texel athletes active in the 40th Wadden Tournament

The annual Wadden Tournament will take place on Vlieland this year. On Friday 11 May and Saturday 12 May, more than 200 athletes from the 5 Wadden Islands will compete against each other. There are 6 sports on the program this year: volleyball, badminton, running, darts, cloverjacks and billiards. The badminton players and billiard players will open the Wadden tournament on Friday. The other sports take place on Saturdays.

In addition to a sporty tournament, the Wadden Tournament is also a fun tournament with all athletes among themselves. The five Wadden Islands will compete for the Wadden Cup. The Texel delegation will try again this year to bring the Wadden Cup to our island.
