Draymond Green of the Golden State Warriors of the National Basketball Association (NBA) has admitted in an episode of his podcast that he is happy that the fans of the Boston Celtics are disappointed that his team did not make it to the finals.
It has already been announced that last night the “Heat” beat the Boston “Celtics” 103:84 in the decisive match of the Eastern Conference final series, winning the series 4-3. The Miami team was seeded eighth in the play-off tournament.
“Boston fans will make excuses, but I make them all shit I won’t hear anything. You’re rude and I’m glad you lost,” Green said. “The only thing I’m not happy about is that Jayson Tatum failed.”
“At the same time, I’m happy that Celtics fans experienced a loss,” admitted the Warriors basketball player. Green has had a history with Celtics fans, with Celtics fans hurling offensive lyrics and chants at him during last year’s Finals series.
