Conditions to return:
1. you have 10 working days to make your return from the moment your package appears as Delivered
2. The product must be nuevoin its Original packaging without mistreatment
3. Generate your return in: My Returns
4. You can choose between a Cupfrom the or a direct refund to your Tarjeta; in the case of a coupon, it is immediately reflected in My account > My coupons. In case of choosing cash, it may be reflected in up to 60 calendar days depending on the fine institutionnciera.
5. Promotional and marketing coupons (free shipping, cashback and data validation) are non-refundable.
6. If the order you want to return has generated a coupon for Cashack or an Award for shopping dynamics, it will have special treatment. Review the Terms and Conditions

Steps to request a return:
- Go to DEPORPRIVÉ > My Account > My Purchases > My Returns, and give click on the “Create your Return” button.
- Select the products to return and add the quantity of each piece. Remember that only the total amount of each product is reimbursed.
- Select the reason for the return.
- Select your reimbursement method. (Terms and Conditions)
- Attach a comment about your return and press “Create return”.
- You will receive an email with the guide and the corresponding instructions to proceed with it.
- You can request a collection or deliver the package directly to a branch of the courier.
- As soon as we receive your product and review it, your return. In the event that the product presents details not specified in the return request, it will be canceled and we will send you the item again without the possibility of a refund.
- The refund will be made to the method you chose within a maximum period of 72 business hours and we will notify you by mail.
