The main magistrate of the room, Luis Fernando Ocaña García, has ordered that the proceedings be carried out as soon as possible.

The 18 year old footballer was sentenced on March 7 for a crime of mistreatment to his ex-girlfriend -younger-. The penalty, 40 days of work for the community, included a one-year restraining order from less than 500 meters from the young woman, as well as any prohibition on all direct or indirect communication, either through social networks or mobile phones.

Joel Domínguez, one of the young promises of the UD Las Palmas subsidiary, was seen by an agent in plain clothes at the beginning of March while punched and kicked the victim on a street in the Tamaraceite neighborhood of the capital.
