The Carlos Castilho Training Center had an illustrious presence this Friday (05/05). Fluminense fan, singer Raimundo Fagner was welcomed by president Mário Bittencourt, visited the club’s facilities, spoke with coach Fernando Diniz and was presented with an official shirt personalized with his name.
The 73-year-old renowned artist, with a career marked by hits such as “Borbulhas de Amor” and “Deslizes”, in addition to memorable duets, such as with the also tricolor Chico Buarque, spoke about the atmosphere he found at the place.
“I am very happy for the affection, for the way they received me. Congratulations to Fluminense for their tremendous spirits, I believe that what is happening on the pitch is a reflection of that. It was also really nice to meet so many longtime friends.”
The visit was marked by great affection among those present, including current manager Fred and athletes Paulo Henrique Ganso and Marcelo. But the main highlight was the meeting with Fernando Diniz. As Fagner said, the conversation yielded, with topics such as football, music and a lot of exchange of experiences.
Before leaving, the singer, who has already performed at Flu Music, gave hope of doing another show at the Salão Nobre de Laranjeiras.
“Performing at Fluminense is always a joy, it’s been a long time since the last time. Let’s arrange a date, make an event as cool as the team moment”.
