In January 2021, it was first announced that Krüger was expecting a child. On May 22, 2021, Krüger said goodbye to Bayern’s team on maternity leave. At the end of June she gave birth to her son.
Shortly before, Krüger was appointed “head of department”. In her absence, Bastian Wernscheid (31) held the job of team manager.
After half a year of maternity leave, Krüger returned to the club in January 2022. Wernscheid became her assistant.
Since then, Krüger has been back in the thick of things at Bayern, sharing the tasks on the sidelines with Wernscheid – her family, on the other hand, does not appear in public.
Almost nothing is known about Krüger’s partner.
And there are also things about Krüger that many do not know. At first she played for Bayern in the Bundesliga – for the FCB women. She scored one goal in 33 games between 2004 and 2009.
But her best hit is probably her small family.
