A Laracha Sports Day, next June 3

Les Sables d’Olonne square and all its surroundings will be the scene on Saturday June 3 of the 13th edition of the Sports Day of A Larachaa consolidated appointment in the annual municipal programming in which the City Council invites all citizens to participate.

The objective of this initiative is to give visibility to the different sports modalities, encourage the practice of a diversity of types of physical activity and promote healthy lifestyles among people of all age groups, especially children and the elderly.

The conference will take place from 10:00 a.m. in the Plaza Les Sables d’Olonne and its surroundings (Plaza da Cultura, municipal swimming pool and IES Agra de Leborís pavilion), as well as in the new sports area at the back of the institute, where the two sports courts and the skatepark are already available.
People who come to enjoy this event will be able to practice futsal, basketball, judo, archery, mountain biking, chess, horse riding, maintenance gymnastics, billiards, skateboarding, aquagym and first aid activities.

As the main novelty of this edition, the collaboration of Enki It will make it possible to practice adapted sports with the purpose of taking advantage of the day to influence inclusion and diversity through sport. In addition, there will be exhibitions of skating, zumba, zumba kids and urban dance with which the season of the municipal sports schools of these disciplines will close. The recreational-sports offer is completed by pedal karts, inflatable goal, slide climbing, surfboard and sweeper.

Each person who participates in an activity will receive a ticket for the tombolawith the draw for two prizes starting at 1:30 p.m., thus closing the day.

Collaborating with the Council in the organization of the Day of Deporte, in addition to Enki, the Club Baloncesto Laracha, Club de Salvamento Acuático Laracha (SAL), Club Patín Conxuro, Club Arco Laracha, Laracha en Dúas Rodas, Club Amigos del Judo, Club de Billarda APB A Laracha, Billarda Campo da Feira and Hebe Sport, the concessionaire company for the management of the sports complex of the municipal swimming pool.
