Coach Mihail: PSS Increases Training Intensity Next Week

PSSLEMAN.ID – PSS Sleman will maximize the time of approximately two weeks before entering the team training camp stage. PSS head coach, Marian Mihail and the staff will increase the intensity of the training with training materials that have been included in the working agenda of the coaching team next week.

“Starting next week, we will be doing training twice a day. In the morning for physical training, strength and conditioning and in the afternoon for technical training, namely tactical,” said coach Mihail on Sunday (14/5/2023) afternoon at Pakembinangung Field, Sleman.

With a serious face, coach Mihail informed that Kim Jerffrey Kurniawan and colleagues would enter the training camp for 10 days. He also stated that he was satisfied with the performance of the PSS Sleman management in preparing everything for this activity.

“We had a ten-day training camp from 27 May–6 June 2023. We are a team of coaches and official team already checked the readiness of the hotel where we are staying. The facilities we need are there, starting from fitness facilities, swimming pools. Luckily not far from where we practice. All the facilities we need are there. Thank you PSS management for the preparation,” said the former Sportul Studentesc Bucharest player.

Coach Mihail also said that there were several pre-season matches after undergoing a series of initial physical tests and training camps.

“Hopefully the six pre-season matches can be held at the Maguwoharjo Stadium. We from the PSS team are waiting for the presence of friends supporters to provide support later, “he concluded.
