Also this year, the sports department and the senior council of Beersel are joining forces for “Move your fit”, an initiation series for the over-55s. Indeed! Together with the summer, a new “Move your fit for the over-55s” is just around the corner. What it comes down to? Together with the senior council, the sports department offers you a varied range of 9 fun exercise sessions. Between 3 July and 28 August there is a different exercise activity every Monday, which is already quite a tradition in Beersel. Each session is open to everyone. Where and when can the over-55s let off steam and show their best side? Urban Walk on July 3 from 2 pm to 3:30 pm, Petanque on July 10 from 2 pm to 3:30 pm, “Legs, Belly, Buttocks” on July 17 from 2 pm to 3 pm, Yoga on July 24 from 2 pm to 3 pm, Indoor curling and mini golf on 31 July from 2 pm to 3:30 pm, IPitup Exercise Bench and Fit-o-meter on August 7 from 2 pm to 3:30 pm, Swinging figure training on August 14 from 2 pm to 3 pm, Badminton and Pickleball on August 21 from 2 pm to 3 pm and Darts and billiards on August 28 from 2 pm to 3 pm.
