Grosseto: With eight consecutive victories, at the expense of the BBC Grosseto, Nettuno 2, Sala Baganza and most recently Farma Crocetta, the Big Mat Bsc Grosseto detaches the pass for the poule scudetto and make history. In game two, on the Parma diamond, the red and white prevailed 12-4, maintaining their unbeaten season and proving to be the absolute protagonists of group D.

The match saw the visiting team take the lead with Function in the third inning. In the fifth recovery the partial goes on 2-2 with Luciani who wins home base. In the sixth inning the Big Mat Bsc game gets complicated with Farma Crocetta who manages to take the lead, signing two points. On the result of 4-2 for the Emilians, the seventh inning opens in which the red and white take the stage completely, signing six points thanks to Function, Piccini, Diaz, Rodriguez Reyes, Scull Zayas and Cinelli. In the eighth round, the Grosseto side widened the gap with the usual Piccini, reaching 9-4.
