120 archers at the outdoor competition in Logonna-Daoulas – Logonna-Daoulas

It is a tradition that is well inscribed in the archery calendar, in Logonna-Daoulas. For more than twenty years now, the local club has organized an outdoor competition every May 8, at the municipal stadium in Beg-Avel. This Monday, May 8, 2023, there were just over 120 archers to present themselves on the shooting range. All categories, from the youngest to the oldest, were in contention over distances ranging from 20 meters to more than 70 meters, depending on the age of the athletes.

Unfortunately, the event was a little thwarted by the rainy weather, especially in the morning. A competition that has allowed local archers to win six podiums for the youngest, and five for adults. Let us mention the recurve bow victories of the Logonnais Ethann Le Guillou, category U13, of Marie Blanchard in U15, and of Tymof Guennoc-Novokhatskyi and Esteban Gallet in U21. Georges Le Goff, also president of the club, won in barebow, adult category.
