This weekend, April 22 and 23, Toledo will host the final of the Ribésalat Women’s Basketball League organized by the Castilla-La Mancha Basketball Federation, the Polígono Basketball Club, who will also aspire to win the trophy.

The Councilor for Sports, Pablo García, today received members of the club’s board of directors and the Castilla-La Mancha Basketball Federation at the Town Hall, to whom he expressed his support for this celebration that could mean achieving a triplet for the women of the CB Polígono this season, after having obtained the League Cup at the end of January and the Junta Trophy in September.

García has been accompanied by the president of the CB Polígono, Jesús Sánchez; the sports director, Toño Izquierdo and the manager of the Castilla-La Mancha Basketball Federation, Carlos Delgado.

The Ribésalat Women’s Basketball League will be played this Saturday, starting at 5:00 p.m., between San Antonio Cáceres Basket and Club Baloncesto Albacete and at 7:15 p.m. between Baloncesto Polígono Toledo and Alter Enersun Al-Qázeres Extremadura .

The winners of both matches will play the final this Sunday at 6:00 p.m., all in the Municipal Pavilion of the Polígono (C/Guajaraz, 1) and with free access.
