The successor of Bagatsky’s work in the Ukrainian basketball team has been selected

Like Bagatski, Stepanovski is currently working in Romania, where he led the Craiova SMU team to the playoffs in the local championship.

2018/2019 In 2010, while working as an assistant at Yuzhne Himik, Stepanovskis became the champion of Ukraine. As the head coach, he won the other two forge medals in the Ukrainian championship with “Khimik”.

In 2019, the Ukrainians, led by Stepanovsky, became the vice-champions of the Universiade.

In the previous two cycles, Stepanovskii was Bagatsky’s assistant in the Ukrainian national team. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, the Ukrainian national team led by Bagatsky played their home games in Riga.
