This weekend Palamós becomes the seat of the second regatta of the season of the so-called Formula Kite Spain Seriesthe international test of Kitesurf (kite surfing) that is included in the reference circuit in Europe of Fórmula Kite, and that in this case its realization in the municipality has the collaboration of Palamós Town Council and the Costa Brava-Vela Palamós Nautical Club.
The Gran beach hosts another year this year prestigious nautical test which this year becomes a Grand Slam by scoring both for the national kite foil circuit and for the Spanish championship of this new olympic class. The qualifying regattas started this afternoon and will last until Sunday. This last day the nautical competition it will close from 4 p.m., with the presentation of trophies.
