The facilities of the El Robledal de Golmayo equestrian center have hosted this Thursday the Spanish Horse Riding Championship for people with disabilities, with success from the public and competitors.
With a total of 25 riders coming to Golmayo from Murcia, Navarra and Castilla y León they have been able to demonstrate their skills on the back of their horses, the competition being very close in its different categories.
The success of the Sorianos from Club Ande Soria should be highlighted, obtaining two silver medals for Lidia Gonzalo, with Ruz, in the sports skills category and Diego Arribas, with Jara, in the adapted intermediate category, and a bronze medal for Esmeralda Moreno, with Curro, in the skills test.
In the top level category Pablo Menéndez from Burgos has repeated the title, leaving Saioa Iturri in second place ahead of Mikel Urdiain, both riders from Navarra.
The El Robledal equestrian center has thanked the support received by the different clubs, Caja rural de Soria, Golmayo City Council, Soria Provincial Council and territorial delegation of the Junta de Castilla y León.
