Re-elected UEFA President as Warner

As expected, Aleksander Ceferin has been re-elected President of the European Football Association (UEFA). The Slovenian was confirmed in office unopposed by applause at Wednesday’s UEFA Congress in Lisbon. Ceferin has led the continental federation since September 2016 and has expressed concern about the future of football. With haunting words, he warned of the sell-out and sharply criticized the resurgent Super League plans.
