Brian Hoyer has a new team. The quarterback has signed a two-year deal with the Las Vegas Raiders, NFL insider Ian Rapoport reports. He knows head coach Josh McDaniels from their times together with the New England Patriots. Las Vegas has already signed the second ex-Patriots playmaker after Jimmy Garoppolo. Last season, Jarrett Stidham was a quarterback with a New England past in the squad.
