Szczesny was in an uncomfortable condition after asking to be substituted during Juventus’ Europa League game against Sporting CP.

WHAT HAPPENED?
Wojciech Szczesny left the field crying in the first leg of the Europa League quarter-final against Sporting CP on Friday (14/4) early morning WIT.
The goalkeeper was seen gesturing and touching his chest. Team-mates Arkadiusz Milik and Manuel Locatelli were also called to the bench for help.
The Poland international then walked off the pitch in tears at the Allianz Stadium and was cheered on by both players as he left. Mattia Perin replaced Szczesny in goal for Juventus.

Szczesny was replaced because he had something called tachycardia. The goalkeeper underwent an initial medical on the pitch but will now undergo further tests to try and understand what happened during the game.
WHAT IS SAYING?
Juventus shared news about Szczesny during the match to reassure supporters. “After the initial inspection, Tech [panggilan karibnya] fine,” the club posted on Twitter.
