Gladiators fought and prevailed against Panthers

Gladiadores de Anzoátegui signed this Saturday a comeback against Panteras de Miranda to take the victory 68-62, in Domo José María Vargas de La Guaira.

Panteras gave war and was able to dominate a large part of the match against the Orientals, who had to come back from a game that seemed to stay on the side of the Mirandinos.

The match was served from the jump between two for Panteras who, supported by their effective offense, dominated Gladiators, this was the case during the three quarters.

But it was in the last quarter when the reaction of the Anzoatiguense armor was able to turn the Domo’s slate around.

Those led by James Maye lifted the game thanks to the action of veteran Gregory Vargas who signed with 20 points, five assists and six rebounds.

They also contributed Henry Walker with 14 points and Charles García with 11 points for the Orientals.

Gladiadores de Anzoátegui thus sign their fifth victory of the 2023 SPB season.
