Federal course of the German Ju-Jutsu Association took place in Daaden

More than 30 Ju-Jutsuka from a total of three federal states came to the federal course in Daaden under the direction of the speaker Martin Bronder. The demanding and sweaty course was a great success for all participants.

daaden Last Saturday (April 22nd) over 30 Ju-Jutsuka from Hesse, North Rhine-Westphalia and Rhineland-Palatinate met to take part in the federal course of the German Ju-Jutsu Association (DJJV) organized by the Judo and Ju-Jutsu Association. to participate in Daaden. Once again, Martin Bronder (7th Dan Ju-Jitsu) acted as a speaker, who in his usual good-humored manner knew how to challenge the participants (sportsmen with yellow belts up to 4th Dan Ju-Jitsu were represented) and to inspire.

In addition to defense techniques against punch attacks, “counter against counter”, various throwing and lever techniques as well as excerpts from the new Ju-Jutsu examination program were discussed. After the technically demanding and sweaty four-hour course, Martin Bronder was dismissed at around 5 p.m. to sustained applause with the knowledge that it should not have been the last course for him Daaden.

Ju-Jutsu means “gentle art” and is a modern self-defense sport that can be trained in the local region in Betzdorf, Daaden and Herdorf. (PM)
