FC Twente is not the only club interested in Ruben van Bommel. According to Football International several clubs at home and abroad follow the attacker of MVV.
AZ, FC Utrecht, Vitesse and Go Ahead Eagles would also be interested in the son of former Orange international Mark van Bommel. The left winger has no contract in Maastricht and therefore has the clubs to choose this summer.
Van Bommel scored thirteen goals and five assists in 28 games this season.
