Uli Hoeneß (71), Honorary President and Supervisory Board
Crisis share: 5 percent
His role: Has little to do with day-to-day business. But: Salihamidzic was above all his choice, he also gave his thumbs up to the Nagelsmann-Tuchel question. He still pulls the strings in the background – which not everyone finds ideal internally. Boss candidate Philipp Lahm made it clear earlier: Hoeneß still has too much influence. Hasan Salihamidzic (46), director of sport
Crisis share: 20 percent
His role: In the BILD voting, 86 percent said that Brazzo should go. The accusation: The previously highly praised squad is not a unit. His top star Sadio Mané (31) has flopped so far, he did not get a Lewandowski replacement. First relied fully on Nagelsmann, then let him fall ice-cold. But the Tuchel effect also fizzled out long ago.

Oliver Kahn (53), CEO
Crisis share: 25 percent
His role: The former world goalkeeper took over the CEO post from Karl-Heinz Rummenigge in the summer of 2021. He is internally accused of a lack of empathy, the “Mia san mia” in the club has become less. Dive too often when the alarm sounded and showed too little leadership.
His future: Very shaky! The supervisory board will discuss him on May 22nd.

The role: After ten league titles in a row, the team seems full. There is a lack of will and passion. Leading players like Kimmich, Müller, Goretzka have to question themselves. Captain Neuer caused the crisis and Zoff to start when he broke his ski leg in December.
Future: Top earners like Gnabry or Mané brought far too little and could be sold.
BILD forecast: A breath of fresh air is needed! Bayern will spend a lot of money on a centre-forward. In addition, a clearer in front of the defense is sought!
Thomas Tuchel (49), Trainer
Crisis share: 5 percent
His role: Took over as a savior but only got two wins from the first seven games and was eliminated in the cup and the Champions League. If he also gambled away the league, he would have the blemish of being the first non-title coach since 2012. At first he made a confident impression, but recently he has often been at a loss.
His future: Don’t have to worry now, Bayern can’t fire another top coach. From the new season, however, he has to deliver.

Julian Nagelsmann (35), former coach
Crisis share: 15 percent
His role: That’s where opinions differ. On the one hand there were strong fluctuations in form in the league, the Neuer-Zoff hit him when Tapalovic was kicked out, there was constant unrest. But also eight wins in eight games in the Champions League – and still all the titles when he was fired. Things have gotten worse since he’s gone.
His future: Recently a candidate for Chelsea and Tottenham, coveted on the coaching market.

Herbert Hainer (68), President
Crisis share: 5 percent
His role: The former Adidas boss does not have a Bayern stable smell, but is considered to be urbane and a good club representative. He has little influence on day-to-day business – some say not enough. Much criticism in the sponsor Zoff because of Qatar Airways from the fans.
His future: Elected until 2025. His position is also very secure due to his proximity to Hoeneß.
BILD forecast: Hainer stays, could even gain influence in the short term if Kahn has to go.
