Chihuahua INM delegate arrested for fire at Cd Juárez station – El Sol de México

González G., who was a fugitive from justice, obtained a provisional suspension that granted him a judge district before the arrest warrant against him.

In turn, three of the subordinates of Salvador., are under preventive detention, also indicated by the tragedy in the INM.

The Attorney General of the Republic, on this border, has not issued any information about this arrest, the president of the republic is expected to announce it at a press conference.

In recent days it was reported that the now detainee had an amparo granted by the judge Seventh of Districtbased in Ciudad Juárezsince last April 13.

The charges he faces are for the crimes of homicide, injuries, both intentionally, as well as the improper exercise of public function.

There are seven officials from the Chihuahua delegation of the INM detained for the fire, of which three have already been linked to the process and a precautionary measure of preventive detention.

It should be remembered that the tragedy at the INM occurred on March 27, where unfortunately 40 migrants of different nationalities lost their lives.
