Football Club Barcelona has closed the financing for the future ‘Espai Barça’, which includes the remodeling of Camp Nou. In total, 1.5 billion euros in corporate bonds for works that will involve the transfer to the Lluís Companys Olympic stadium. According to ‘El Confidencial’, the agreement was closed yesterday in Barcelona, ​​a few hours before the Cup Classic at Camp Nou, with representatives of the American investment bank Goldman Sachs. too JP Morgan has piloted a financing plan, with variable conditions depending on each investor, crucial for the future of the Barcelona club.

In a turbulent macroeconomic moment, also in the Barça ecosystem due to the Negreira case, the fixed interest has been 6%, although the club trusts renegotiate-it from the fifth year, with a 24-year repayment term and without mortgaging the field, according to the medium quoted. Thus, a deal that seemed to be announced last week has been closed.

The works must start in summer by the Turkish construction company limak, which prevailed over other companies with more experience in the construction of sports facilities. As reported by the board, the fact that he promised to meet the deadlines set by the club, returning to Camp Nou in November 2024, gave him a higher score than the rest.
