After the hangover from the weekend in which Club Badminton Soria-CS24 brilliantly managed to stay for another year in the First National Silver Division, its players continue this weekend with the participation in three new competitions.
On the one hand, part of the youth academy will travel to Palencia where the Castilla y León U15 and U19 Championship will be held with the presence of five from Soria. Within the sub19 category, Alonso García will participate in the individual and mixed doubles draw, while within the sub15 category will be present: Naroa Álvaro, Isabel Corchón, Alvaro Gómez and Carmen Gómez. The goal of the Soria club is to return from Valladolid with several medals.
Daniela Corchón will play the Montilla National U17 Master, in Córdoba. The international player starts as the second seed in the singles modality, being the third favorite in the mixed doubles, partnering with Yulien Gil from the Balearic Islands.
Finally, the senior players Santiago Martínez and José Carlos Pérez will play on Sunday the tournament of the Madrid Badminton Federation that will be held in Guadarrama and that counts towards the national ranking. The aspirations of both go through returning with several medals from the Sunday event.
